Window Memory writes short summaries of your AI coding sessions (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and brings them back in later sessions. The Free tier runs entirely on your own computer. The Pro tier adds sync across devices, search, and team features. The service is operated by an independent developer.
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as our Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record, issues your invoice, and handles applicable taxes. Your billing relationship for the transaction is with Polar, subject to Polar's terms.
Use the service lawfully. Don't attempt to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer it, or use it to process data you have no right to. One account per person unless agreed otherwise.
Free: you bring your own AI API key and are responsible for its usage and costs with your provider. Your source code and keys stay on your machine. Pro: AI analysis is included — no key required. Secrets are stripped before processing; we never store raw sessions. See our Privacy Policy for what is and isn't stored.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update the service or these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where Polar's Merchant-of-Record terms apply to the payment transaction.
